Sorting Auction Lists
When I choose to sort a certain list of auctions by distance, it seems to work correctly for the first page. However, when I continue to pages 2, 3, 4, etc., the list reverts back to the default setting and lists the auctions by date again. The only way to look at a list of auctions, without the order of the list being affected, is by using the default setting. I'm not completely sure whether this is true for the default setting 100% of the time, but I know if you change it to any other setting it only shows the list that way on the first page, then changes back to sorting by date once you proceed to other pages.

Re: Sorting Auction Lists
Jon,
I am not seeing this.... What browser are you using? The system will serve up storage facilities that input good data for you ahead of others who input less data, but the results stayed in order for me. I will send this message off to the developers now to look closer.
Thank You for the heads up!

I just double checked, and it seems to be happening mainly when I'm scrolling through the personal list of auctions I bookmarked. I made a list of about 120 sites. When I sort them by distance the first page is fine, but when I go to another page the sort function reverts back to "auction date". If I change it back to sort by distance, while still on the second page, it sends me back to the very beginning (page 1). So I can only view the first page sorted by distance. Thank you for looking into this for me, your help is greatly appreciated!

By the way, I'm using Internet Explorer to view this website.

Hey Jon, Sorry I just saw this...what is probably happening is that our corporate member facilities are listed first in chronological order, then the community version facilities in chronological order. So you basically have two chronological lists. 99% of the time, the corporate facilities have their logo listed next to them, so it's easy to spot where the 1st list stops & the 2nd begins.
Hope that helps
